A real eye opener, hopefully will cut times when using Excel and provide a higher quality end product. Karen was an excellent trainer! |
Karen was very helpful and very patient when we didn’t understand and would happily go through things again to make sure it sunk in fully! |
Informative and engaging instruction by presenter. Learnt new processes and techniques in excel which will improve my work |
Covid 19 changes explained fully to complete first aid, and also the COVID 19 safety measures in place for course were excellent!
The presenter was fun to learn from which made the training enjoyable and kept us on task in a humorous way. I would definitely recommend!
I have enjoyed every aspect of my First Aid Course; the venue, the refreshments, the friendliness and the content!
The instructor was interesting, informative and very clear – he made the session enjoyable
The course was interesting and well presented. The venue perfect. I really enjoyed the two days there. Thank You.
Instructor was excellent, fountain of knowledge
It is almost two years since my son did his Paediatric first aid with you, he has had an eventful two years at University which includes carrying out full CPR on one of the customers in the night club where he DJ’s in Lincoln. The gentlemen survived after having a pacemaker fitted. This was a very traumatic event for my son, but thanks to your training he saved someone’s life. There were lots of interesting comments on Facebook relating to the song ‘Last night a DJ saved my life’! I have spoken to him about renewing his first aid which runs out in April and he has decided he would like to do a full first aid course not just paediatric this time. The money spent last time was certainly well spent!
We went back over some information repeatedly in a variety of different ways which helped me to remember it – eg. symptoms. Flexible discussions from an expert presenter allowed us to explore areas of first aid that interested us. (New format Lvl 3 Certificate in First Aid – Refresher)
