The History of Phoenix
Phoenix Service Solutions was formed in September 2011 by Jean Acrid (formerly of KADTAL and BTAL) and Karen Nicholls (IT Training Consultant) following the closure of BTAL Keighley Training Centre to continue the provision of training courses to local business.
A wide selection of training programmes are offered, targeting specifically a business audience, ranging from First Aid courses through to higher management training. Phoenix prides itself on the ability to deliver high quality, relevant training courses and are able to create bespoke training courses for businesses in various disciplines. Employee training can be tailored to meet business needs and objectives and can be adapted to any existing training programmes in place.
Training courses can be delivered externally or in the workplace, ideal for all ranges of staff development.
